This kit is strictly for race bikes that the ABS system has been removed from. RACE USE ONLY
This line Kit is a perfect fit when installed properly. Includes all hardware for mounting including Banjo Bolts and Copper washers.
Front kit routing is stricktly designed for RACE BIKES only with horns and other obstructions removed, the ABS unit is bypassed and the front brake
line routed directly from the front master cylinder to the small T junction infront of the right fork leg directly above the lower triple clamp.
The right line routes around the outside of the right fork leg directly to the right caliper. A bridge line spans across the top of the lower triple clamp to a
small 90 degree elbow fitting. The left line attaches to the elbow fitting and routes around the outside of the left fork leg directly to the left caliper
Core Moto stainless braided lines replace all rubber OEM lines.
Rear line routes from the master cylinder forward to a mounting bracket then back to the caliper. This loop is necessary to give enough slack in the
line to remove the rear caliper bracket during tire changes. This kit fits perfectly and clean on the bike.
Length changes can be made to the master cylinder, lower front lines and rear caliper line in this kit, as well as choosing the front master cylinder it will be used with.
All master cylinders from the menu will come with the proper banjo bend and banjo bolt thread type.
OEM Original: Refers to the R7 original Master cylinder. This has a side mounted M10x1.25 Brake line port.
NOTE: OEM Brembo 1.25 and OEM Brembo 1.0 do not refer to the R7 master cylinder. These options refer to OEM Brembo
Master cylinders that have bottom mounted brake line port. Example: 2016 R6 is OEM Brembo 1.25 / European bikes are 1.0
All aftermarket Master cylinders listed have bottom mounted brake line ports with M10x1.0 threads.
Core Moto stainless braided lines replace rubber OEM lines.
Please account for any length changes required. This kit was fit on a stock R7 with OEM and Brembo RCS master cylinder.
This kit was fit perfectly with no unnecessary slack in the top section and the perfect amount of slack in the lower section for fork travel.
