Following the success of last year’s full racing kit, a true concentration of Superbike-derived technology featuring 3D-printed Inconel headers and a CNC-machined titanium triple outlet compensator. Spark now expands the range with a new project designed for riders who want a special exhaust without adopting the complete racing system.

At the heart of this evolution is the new silencer, specifically designed and manufactured for the V4.

A completely new component in both design and proportions, it has been developed to fit perfectly within the fairing and belly-pan dimensions, preserving Ducati’s signature lines and ensuring full compatibility with the bike’s aesthetics.

Its compact volume has been optimized to deliver a deep, dark, and aggressive tone, powerful yet never excessive. Striking the ideal balance between comfort, sound quality, and racing identity.

The new silencer is entirely made of titanium, featuring an outlet end-cap in carbon fiber.

The end-cap’s design intentionally echoes the styling language of Spark’s most iconic silencers, creating a strong and recognizable brand identity.

Behind its apparent simplicity lies a complex development process, requiring the use of dedicated molds to achieve the conical shape and sharp edges of the central body — a hallmark of Spark’s precision engineering and manufacturing quality.
