VP Racing Frosty Clean is a professional-grade cooling system cleaner and flush. Its advanced formula removes gels and sediments caused by water hardness and antifreeze inhibitors while neutralizing acidic buildup for long-term protection. Frosty Clean lubricates the water pump for smooth operation and protects sensitive aluminum components with its pH-neutral formulation. Use Frosty Clean to optimize cooling system efficiency and prepare for maximum performance from VP Racing Stay Frosty® coolant or Cool Down™ radiator additive.
Directions
One bottle cleans systems with a capacity of 12-22 quarts.
Ensure the engine is off and cool before starting.
Drain Radiator:
Open the hood, locate the radiator, place a container under the drain valve, and open it to drain the old coolant.
Close the valve once drained.
(Dispose of the old coolant according to local regulations.)
Add Frosty Clean:
Pour the entire bottle of FROSTY CLEAN into the radiator, fill with water, replace the cap, and run the engine with the heat on high for 10-15 minutes.
Cool & Flush:
Shut off the engine, allow it to cool, then drain and flush the system with water.
Repeat with clean water, running the engine again for 10-15 minutes.
Final Flush & Add Coolant:
Perform a final flush until no sediment or suds remain. Then, add VP STAY FROSTY® or COOL DOWN™ coolant.
